TRAINING AND RETRAINING CONNECTED WITH DEVELOPING A CONTINGENT OF ETHNIC MINORITY CADRES, CIVIL SERVANTS AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ETHNIC MINORITY IN THE CURRENT INTEGRATING CONTEXT
Abstract
In the context of accelerating the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country and international integration, before the requirements and requirements of reality in the construction of a contingent of ethnic minority cadres, civil servants and public employees in the current period. In order to continue to improve the effectiveness of training and retraining of ethnic minority cadres, civil servants and public employees, first of all, we need to research appropriate policies and solutions to create breakthroughs in the development of ethnic minority cadres, civil servants and public employees in order to improve their roles, positions, capacities and qualifications in all fields in the political system from the central to local levels, in order to meet the requirements of tasks in the period of implementing the innovation policy (from 1986 to present) and integrating into the world economy.
