PROMOTING THE ROLE OF TRADE UNION ORGANIZATIONS IN POLITICAL AND IDEOLOGICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND WORKERS AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

Political and ideological education is a key factor in building a strong Education Trade Union organization, contributing to improving the quality of activities and successfully implementing Resolution No.29-NQ/TW dated November 4^th, 2013 of the Party Central Committee “on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration” approved by the 8^th Central Conference (11^th tenure). Over the past 72 years, the Education Trade Union has achieved many successes, but there are still limitations in depth and implementation effectiveness. In order to enhance the role of ideological leadership, it is necessary to focus on innovating educational content and methods in connection with practice; applying information technology in propaganda; building educational models suitable for each target group. These solutions will contribute to improving political capacity, strengthening the connection between cadres, teachers and workers, meeting the requirements of educational innovation in the modern context
