ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE - FOUNDATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AT HO CHI MINH NATIONAL ACADEMY OF POLITICS
Abstract
Organizational culture is an invisible force that shapes the life of an organization. Management philosophy and style, communication protocols, policies, rituals and taboos all interact to create the uniqueness of each organization. A strong organizational culture is the glue that unites all employees in an organization, who come from different backgrounds, with their own cultural habits and views. Therefore, building organizational culture is a long-term strategic orientation and also a central goal that each organization in general and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in particular should aim for on the path of sustainable development and strengthen its brand.
