PRESERVING AND PROMOTINGTHE VALUE OF THE TRO CHIENG FESTIVAL IN THE CURRENT PERIOD

On June,12th, 2017, the Tro Chieng Festival was recognized by the State as a national intangible cultural heritage. This marks the recognition of the State of the core cultural values of the Tro Chieng Festival. After the festival was recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, the authorities of the People's Committee of Yen Ninh commune, the People's Committee of Yen Dinh district had many activities to preserve the value of this festival. However, in recent years, the preservation and promotion of the value of the festival has not really brought results. Therefore, this research will contribute some practical solutions to promote the values of the Festival, thereby really becoming a driving force for cultural development in the current period
