ANALYSIS OF SOME QUALITY ASSURANCE MODELS IN THE WORLD AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES AT VIETNAM ACADEMY OF ETHNIC MINORITIES
Abstract
Building and implementing a quality assurance model at universities is a factor contributing to the process of improving education quality, meeting the requirements of related stakeholders and increasing autonomy and self-responsibility of educational institutions. However, the application of the quality assurance model will depend on the specific conditions and context of each higher education institution. The article presents an overview of quality assurance and some popular higher education quality assurance models in Vietnam and around the world, propos quality policy, quality assurance system, model of internal quality assurance of Vietnam Academy for Ethnic Minorities in the current mechanism and structure of Vietnam Academy for Ethnic Minorities.
