IMPLEMENTING THE POLICY OF HUNGER ERADICATION AND POVERTY REDUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESOLUTION OF THE 13th PARTY CONGRESS
Abstract
Right after the country's founding in 1945, hunger eradication and poverty reduction has always been identified by the Party and State as one of the key tasks to ensure social security and improve people's living standards. That point of view, always throughout the congresses, has been concretized by the State into policies and programs to achieve the goal of hunger eradication and poverty reduction. In that spirit, the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress continued to identify many important goals related to improving the lives of all people and leaving no one behind. The improvement of the policy on hunger eradication and poverty reduction in the new situation will contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.
