Halal activities have been quite active in Vietnam recently, especially in areas with the Cham Muslim community. Halal activities are not simply Islamic religious activities but also related to science and technology, related to criteria and quality of consumer products, related to economic activities of trade, tourism and export. Up to now, there is still no solid basis for a Vietnamese Halal brand with enough prestige to integrate into the world Islam market. Developing economic models associated with forest management and protection has been a matter of concern for many years, especially in the Central Highlands region. Our research conducted in the Ba Na community in Son Lang commune, Kbang district, Gia Lai province shows that building and developing economic models associated with forest management and protection is not only the direction of the State, local authorities and forest management agencies, but also the earnest desire of local people. Through a survey of existing forest-related economic models in Son Lang commune, based on analysis of secondary data and discussions with stakeholders from local authorities, forest management agencies and local people. This article analyzes economic development models associated with forests, thereby providing some discussion ideas to supplement, improve and develop economic models associated with forest management and protection for the Ba Na ethnic group living in the area

Travelogue is a special type of writing in the literary genre taught in the 2018 general education program of Literature subject with the orientation of developing students’ capacity. Travelogue has both its own characteristics of the genre and the core characteristics of the literary genre. Therefore, there must be a way to teach students to read the outstanding elements of travelogue texts to help them have the skills to read travelogue texts on their own. In order to solve this problem in the first years of the country implementing the innovation of teaching and learning the 2018 Literature program and textbooks, this research article proposes teaching measures to develop reading comprehension skills of travelogue texts for 6th grade students on the basis of closely following the characteristics of the genre, diversifying students’ learning activities to meet the goals and requirements of the new Literature program and textbooks.

Drawing on Self-Determination theory, the current study examined how intrinsic, altruistic and extrinsic factors affected their career choice within the sociocultural context of the Khmer ethnic community. Extrinsic motivations such as job stability and social respect were found to be secondary motivational factors. These findings provide an insightful understanding of what motivated teachers in ethnically diverse contexts to choose teaching career and highlight the importance of integrating cultural and social considerations into teacher recruitment and retention strategies.

Cross-sectional research on 414 preschool teachers in 3 Central Highlands provinces including Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Gia Lai. Survey results show overall levels of occupational burnout and aspects of occupational burnout: Emotional exhaustion, physical energy depletion, depersonalization and feelings of decreased work efficiency were significantly higher among ethnic minority preschool teachers than among Kinh preschool teachers. The results of the research not only contribute to the theory of occupational burnout in education but also have practical significance in proposing solutions to support teachers, especially those from ethnic minority groups in the Central Highlands
